Please contact me via email and I will get a replacement piece to you shipped. To minimize this, I double box packages, wrap the pieces in bubble wrap, and fill the box with biodegradable packing peanuts.

On a case-by-case basis. If you would like something that is similar to a design on my page, I would be happy to work with you on that. I will not take on projects that don't align with the work I've been creating.

I am particularly interested in larger projects and sets (dinnerware sets, large vases, etc).

There will be no refunds for pieces unless they were damaged during shipping.

If you are unsatisfied with the piece, you may return it for a refund. You will have to re-package and purchase a shipping label. Once the piece arrives, I will provide you with a refund. If the package arrives broken, I will not be able to provide a full refund.
